Chuck Fritsch has been a fixture of the Canadian Heavy Duty Industry for over 45 years. Starting in Trailer Sales, he moved into the position of Canadian Manager for a Heavy Duty Sales Agency in 1999 before co-founding Pro Force in 2001.
Chuck runs the Pro Force sales team on a daily basis and is our key point of contact for our suppliers.

A co-founder, Jean Labrie is in charge of Pro Force's First Fit Sales Operation. Canada's Largest Truck Dealer Groups (New Truck Sales), Truck Body OEs and Trailer OEMs all fall under his purview.
Jean is the definition of a 'natural born salesman'. Smart, personable, hard-working and fully bilingual - you won't find a customer base more loyal than Jean's.

With over 30 years experience in both the distribution and manufacturing sectors of the Heavy Duty Industry, Yves is very well-known and very well-respected throughout his Quebec Region and Canada as a whole.
Fully bilingual and technically gifted, Yves excels equally with corporate purchasers as he does training Heavy Duty mechanics.
Jim Lane is a Licensed 310T Mechanic and spent 16 years as a Heavy Duty Truck and Coach Technician before making the transition to sales by joining the Pro Force team in 2013. His technical knowledge brings an unequaled credibility to his sales process. He can sell it, because he's lived it.
ADMINISTRATOR - EASTERN CANADA
An invaluable member of our team, Lynda assists our Eastern Canadian sales team with bilingual support, appointment bookings, customer service, and daily supplier interactions.
Lynda also coordinates the logistics for all of Pro Force's National and Regional tradeshows.
REGIONAL MANAGER - ONTARIO
Kevin brings over 20 years of experience in the Automotive and Heavy Duty Aftermarket Industries to the Pro Force Team.
Well-acquainted with Southern Ontario, Kevin is responsible for growing Pro Force's footprint at all OEM Levels as well as within our Truck Dealer and WD Networks.
REGIONAL MANAGER - PRAIRIES
As a Red Seal certified Truck and Transport Mechanic with 3.5 years of experience in the Class 8 Truck Dealer industry, Colin's youthful energy and technical prowess strongly compliment the sales experience and industry knowledge of our Western Canada team.
OEM MANAGER - WESTERN CANADA
As a member of the Pro Force team since its inception in 2001, Ryan has utilized his business and marketing background to bring a level of organization and coordination to our geographically diverse sales team.
In short: he gives our people the tools they need to sell in an effective and efficient manner, while also managing Pro Force's medium-duty market.
A staple of Western Canada's light duty and heavy duty markets for 46+ years, rare is the customer that Marsh has not met with, trained, or sold a product line to. Along with Pat Quaghebeur, Marsh brings a plethora of life and industry experience to his region and a wealth of knowledge and advice to the younger members of our Pro Force team.
Pat Quaghebeur has been selling products to the Canadian Heavy Duty Marketplace for the past 29 years. Based in Calgary, Pat's responsibilities include the head offices of a many of the larger Independent WD's in Canada as well as some of Canada's largest Truck dealer networks.
Friendly and organized, Tracey has excelled as Pro Force's corporate administrator for the past 12 years and had recently added sales support to her responsibilities.
Tracey provides the resources and follow-ups that our Western Canada sales team require in order to be efficient in the field.
